February 2, 2010 – State of the Union Citizen’s Response

On February 2nd, citizens from around the nation are encouraged to host their own State of the Union Viewing and Citizen’s Response.  Host the event at your home, church, restaurant, or other facility. Invite your friends, neighbors, and local media/press.

After the President has finished his State of the Union speech, and the GOP response is given, please choose a diplomatic spokesperson to give your collective response, calling for free enterprise, tax relief, fiscal conservatism, and freedom.  Afterward, please tune into http://tvtownhall.com  and watch Herman Cain http://www.hermancain.com/ as he, and representatives of several conservative organizations including Tea Party Patriots and FreedomWorks, give their reponse to the President’s speech. 

 Please be prepared, be factual,and be diplomatic.

February 27, 2010 - Tea Party Movement One Year Anniversary at the State Capitol

Special Guest Stephen Baldwin!

 

February 27th marks the one year anniversary of the movement.  Tea Party Patriots and FreedomWorks will be co-hosting a street March and Summit at the State Capitol.
We will be having grassroots, get-out-the-vote training, and completing the process of organizing statewide.  Please make your own hand-held signs (no sticks or poles allowed at Capitol.) We will be having a sign making party prior to the March.
